Total Health
Total Health refers to comprehensive physical, mental, and social well-being for all students, providing every individual with an equitable opportunity to achieve the best possible health.
How do we address Total Health?
- Screen for health-related social needs.
- Connect students to services through internal referrals and/or in response to survey results.
- Analyze data and develop action plans.
- Implement performance improvement initiatives.
