Therapy and Wellness Coaching
Single Session Therapy (SST) and Wellness Coaching will be available by appointment only. Appointments for SST can be made on the Patient Portal or by calling 706-542-2273. To schedule a wellness coaching appointment, call 706-542-8690.
Single Session Therapy (SST) is ideal if you have a specific problem (such as an upcoming difficult conversation, mild relationship friction, or a clear-cut decision to make) and need a fresh perspective or a concrete plan. However, if you are struggling with a complex, chronic condition, ongoing therapy is generally more appropriate, so please call or drop-in for an Access and/or screening appointment at CAPS which is located in the UHC at 55 Carlton St.
Wellness Coaching works with students to improve their health, vitality, and well-being by engaging in behaviors that have been proven to improve health and prevent disease including weight loss, fitness, nutrition, stress coping, sleep, mind-body and positive psychology interventions.
