MISSED APPOINTMENT FEES
There will be a $30 charge for appointments that are canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance for specialty clinic appointments, and less than 2 hours in advance of Primary Care or Gynecology appointments.
If you do not come to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 fee and will need to reschedule. Arrival 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time is considered a no-show. You will be charged and need to reschedule.
If your appointment is outside of the applicable cancellation timeframe, you will no longer be able to cancel through the Patient Portal and must call the clinic to cancel by phone. This policy ensures that available appointment spots can be filled by others who are waiting to be seen. Cancellations by email are not accepted.
If you become ill before a routine or preventive appointment, please do not attend simply to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you develop symptoms such as fever or other potentially contagious illness, call the clinic as soon as possible. Staff can help you determine the appropriate next steps, including rescheduling your appointment.
