Required Immunizations for Registration: UGA students contact Patient Registration at 706-542-8617 or RHI@uhs.uga.edu. Immunization visits are done by appointment for University Health Center eligible students throughout the year by calling 706-542-5575. For Travel Clinic Consultations, individual fees for service vary depending on your comprehensive consultation and the number of vaccinations required—see list below:
