Robert (Jason) Mann joined the University Health Center in May 2026. A native of Northeast Georgia and raised in Savannah, Jason came to UGA in 1996 and has made Athens home. With over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare field, he has worked in various clinical settings including Adult and Neonatal Critical Care nursing, Gastroenterology, and retail-based healthcare. Jason believes in patient empowerment, evidence-based research, and preventive care. When not at the Health Center, he enjoys cooking, watching collegiate sports, relaxing with his husband and their four-legged kids, and travel all over the country.
